How Abbeyview started...

Harry Bailey and Christopher Charlton created an amazing website tool that allows anyone to take control of their own website, and called it PagePlay. Their friend Liam was given a demo and instantly saw the need for PagePlay websites within the equestrian industry: allowing equestrians to work smarter, not harder. Having recently graduated from C.A.F.R.E. Enniskillen Campus with a degree in Equine Management, Liam was searching for the 'perfect equine graduate role'. He loved PagePlay so much he decided to start his own business to bring PagePlay to the equestrian industry, and named it after his family's farm, Abbeyview.

The alliance between PagePlay and Abbeyview Equine was born. Abbeyview has now helped over 100 equestrian businesses take control of their online presence by providing them with websites powered by PagePlay.

And now...

Since Abbeyview Equine's inception in 2008 the business has grown from strength to strength with Liam having formed strategic partnerships with a range of web and online marketing professionals to make available a wealth of digital talent to the equestrian industry.

In 2010 he set up the Equestrian Social Media Awards (ESMAs) to celebrate the many equestrians who enrich the online world for horse lovers across the globe.

Initially designed to allow fans and followers of UK and Irish businesses, brands and professionals to shout about who they felt really flew the flag for the equestrian industry, the ESMAs soon became a global affair with finalists representing from each continent.
